Out and about in Sheffield.

Thank you so much to Jamie yesterday for taking us into Sheffield.  Through the Norfolk Heritage Park and into the city.
We were shown around some of the studios in the university where Jamie works and studies.  A very special treat.
What talent!
Following this we went to a gallery...the Millennium Gallery, amazing and a walk through the Winter Gardens.
Had a Pork pie in the Tap and Barrel for lunch ...yum! Proper Pork pie!
The park was so tranquil.  What a totally beautiful space. 'Came across a few squirrels, one of which was more than happy to pose while he was chewing on his nuts.
Back to base for another excellent meal from Bev and then out for a drink and pub quizz at the Brothers Arms.  Sadly we didn't win...close but we were robbed of victory.
The statue is Women of Steel.  Dedicated to the women who worked in the steel industry during the war.
