This morning we had a walk through Shrewsbury then drove through to Iron Bridge.. What a pretty place. Note to self...book some days there in the future. then we headed off to find our narrow boat.
The Badger is a natural skipper... Taken to it like a duck to water and I make a half decent cabin boy.
We navigated to a pub...no worries at all. Now enjoying a well earned drink, ordered dinner..Sunday roast! and enjoying a bit of pub atmosphere with the other patrons. I love the English pub culture... Everyone is a local. Love it...so friendly.
So on on now for adventures on the Lancaster Canal. Whooohooty....
